MY PERSONAL PATH

Leaving my successful but extremely restless career as an international gallerist for contemporary art, I decided to focus my attention more on one thing that felt most inspiring, profound, and deeply personal – the connection between mind and body.

Motivated by the deep release the mind receives from moving the body in sync with its breath, I apply an in-depth understanding of body alignment and physical practice to a contemporary Yoga approach that strengthens the body and clears the mind.

My way of teaching yoga combines powerful physical movement with a deep inner connection to create a stronger, clearer connection to self. Each class will leave you feeling grounded, reconnected, and empowered to take your practice of yoga “off the mat” and into your everyday.

My teachings focus on the tools I have discovered to be the most effective: Yoga, Meditation, and Mental Ayurveda.

I am a senior licensed yoga teacher in Vinyasa Yoga (RYT 500 I Spirit Yoga), with additional trainings in Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Mental Ayurveda (i.t.).

I hold a PhD in Art History.
